About Lisa Brown

Word from Lisa Lane Brown herself... The main reason I am qualified to help you with your tennis mental game is simply this: for many years as an athlete, I was a the biggest bum I ever met. I loved my sport, but I had wild confidence swings. One week I was invincible; the next, my confidence came crashing down. It hurt me all the time, and I never knew why. Later, I broke free from my demons in sport using the Courage to Win. Much to my amazement, I scored the winning goals in the dying minutes of three World Championships. That's when I knew I was on to something, and had to share what I discovered with athletes and coaches the world over. I have since personally coached over 2,200 rec, elite, national team, and Olympic athletes to new heights and conducted over 1,300 live seminars on mental toughness across North America. I've been featured by major media including the New York Times and Entrepreneur Magazine, who called the Courage to Win book “a straight-forward guide to success, highly recommended.”
