Lesson Description

I don't consider myself a tennis coach. I see myself as a teacher of biomechanics

(body movement) more than anything else. I have always enjoyed studying the

best players in all sports.

I think we all watch the top players in the world and think to our self "I wonder

how they do that?" That's the question that drove me to study thousands of

hours of pro analysis, countless research on how our bodies work, and the

physics of top level sports. I HAD to find the answers to help you play your best.

But I wasn't done there. I had an even more pressing question. One I know

we all have had many times. "How can I do that?" This new question got me

researching how people can most easily learn new movements. Along the way I

discovered some of the most hidden secrets about motor learning and I can't wait

to share them with you too.

In short, I'm lucky enough to have a job where I get to answer "how do they do

that" and even better "how can I do that" in a simple step by step process.

It's as easy as 1..2..3.. Lets get started!!
