Everything will come fairly easy when you practice hard from morning until night.
Don't overexpose yourself when you are developing your game. Slowly move up the ranks, don't skip steps.
Develop strong concentration skills.
Learn to feel comfortable and confident under pressure.
Practice all the shots in practice over and over again. Don't just practice hitting a forehand, learn to hit a deep ball, an angle forehand, a high bouncing forehand, a topspin, and a slice. This way you will be able to hit that shot under pressure in a match.
Surround yourself with people who have more experience that are willing to mentor you as you are developing your game. Be open to constructive feedback on your game.
